Complimentary Express Shipping on all orders within Australia — so your Estela pieces arrive beautifully and without delay.
International Shipping to New Zealand: A flat fee of $20 applies for all orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Time
We ship via Australia Post Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Estela is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.
Authority to Leave
Orders may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive the delivery. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please contact us after placing your order.
