Refund Policy

We hope you love your ESTELA shoes as much as we loved selecting them for you.

If they're not quite right, don't worry. We're here to help make the process as simple as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on full-priced items.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in the original shoe box and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We recommend trying your shoes on a soft surface until you're sure they're the perfect fit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

Please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

We offer exchanges on full-priced items, subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is no longer available, we can arrange a refund or store credit in accordance with this policy.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required to be accepted under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Arrange a Return

Simply email us at info@estelastudio.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

We take great care in selecting and preparing every pair of shoes.

If your order arrives with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
